Sholingur Textiles Limited was promoted in 1967 and has an excellent track record that spans over three decades of growth and recognition. The Company Manufactures 100% cotton yarn for the export and domestic markets . The Company's yarn is accepted for its superior quality and is exported to important textile centres worldwide.

The annual sales turnover of the company exceeds Rs. 600 million out of which the export turnover is around 70%.

Sholingur Textiles Limited is certified ISO 9001 : 2000 company and a recognized Two Star Export House.

The policy of the company has always been to conduct business with honesty and sincerity and to meet the customer needs by adhering to the contracts and keeping promises. This can be seen from the fact that all its major customers have been loyal to the company and have not shifted to other suppliers.

The company has recently setup a separate software division, STLSD, to offer a variety of Information Technology services to the Textile Industry.
